Reframe the Situation
When confronted with a challenging situation, make an active effort to consider a different perspective. For example, when considering complex relationships, it's possible that the person might be fighting their own battles. Consider also the same situation, a year from now. By changing your view on the issue, analyze new ways to approach the problem. How will they change from this viewpoint, and learn to broaden their way of thinking?
