Media Fast
Detach from the constant stream of information and stimulation to regain focus and mental clarity. Reduce exposure to news, social media, and entertainment to cultivate inner peace.

Disconnect to Reconnect
Dedicate a specific period (e.g., one day a week, a weekend, or even just a few hours each day ) to abstain from all forms of media – news, social media, television, and non-essential internet use. Observe your thoughts and emotions during this time. Do you feel anxious, bored, or relieved? What activities do you naturally gravitate towards when not consuming media? Use this time for reflection, reading classic literature (especially Stoic texts), spending time in nature, or engaging in meaningful conversations. At the end of your media fast, write about your experience. What did you learn about your relationship with media? How can you incorporate mindful media consumption into your daily life to protect your peace of mind? Remember, external things are not the problem. It’s your assessment of them.
