(Courage, wisdom, acceptance, etc.) Include quotes from Stoic thinkers that inspire you. (Seneca, Epictetus, Marcus Aurelius, etc.) Write personal reflections on how you are applying these principles in your daily life. Record challenges you've faced, lessons you've learned, and progress you've made. Your personal journey with their philosophies, their impact, and overall learnings that help you become a better you. Epictetus, "It is impossible to begin to learn that which one thinks one already knows." How does it feel to begin this new stage, recording your Stoic journey?
