As a joywork coach, I help people develop a positive mindset by integrating techniques from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy, Stoic philosophy, and self-coaching. Through NLP, I assist clients in reprogramming their thought patterns to foster a more optimistic outlook. With CBT, I guide them in challenging and reframing negative beliefs, while Hypnotherapy allows for deeper subconscious shifts toward positivity. By incorporating Stoic principles, I encourage clients to focus on what they can control and embrace resilience. Finally, through self-coaching, I empower individuals to take charge of their personal growth and maintain a positive mindset. These approaches provide a comprehensive toolkit for cultivating clarity and a more fulfilling life.
