As a joywork coach, I help people develop a positive mindset by integrating techniques from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy, Stoic philosophy, and self-coaching. Through NLP, I assist clients in reprogramming their thought patterns to foster a more optimistic outlook. With CBT, I guide them in challenging and reframing negative beliefs, while Hypnotherapy allows for deeper subconscious shifts toward positivity.
